0000176: Status display under group hierarchy window doesn't revert to default from help text after menu selection.

Description

Status display under group hierarchy window doesn't revert to default from help text after menu selection. Can be forced to redraw by passing the pointer over the tool bar icons. Not sure if the progress bar does anything or is just hidden by above issue.

Example: Select 'User manual' from menu bar. Status display shows "View the online user manual" and remains so until pointer passes group hierachy toolbar. Tried 'Tidy old messages' with similar effect.
