0000209: MP 2.63.6 closing write-window doesn't always ask for confirmation

Description

MP 2.63.6.3212 Qt 4.6.2 Win XP Pro

If I open a write-window, select the sender, choose a recipient, fill in the subject etc, then click on close, the window just shuts.

If I open a write window and without making any 'header' choices type as little as a single character into the body area then click on close I'm asked to confirm that I want to discard the changes.

It seems to me that the confirmation is due in both situations.
