0000212: create shortcut to transfer status window

Description

When there's a transfer problem the online/offline indicator in the status bar dispays a red "!". Right-click on the display offers the online/offline state toggle, but it would be useful if it also offered an option to open the transfer status window - useful anyway I suppose, but especially when there's a "!" and one is likely to want to go there to investigate/clear the problem.
